  • Exchange and Return Policy
    Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, JB currently does not accept exchanges nor do we accept returns. ALL sales are FINAL. Please read in detail each description of our items BEFORE purchasing. If you have any questions regarding any of our items, feel free to contact us via e-mail.
  • Customer Service
    Contact us via e-mail: contact@thejadeboutique.com *Expect a response within 24-48 hours M-F 8am-4pm CST. There will be absolutely NO communication via social media.
  • Delivery and Shipping
    DELIVERY If you are wanting same day delivery there will be a $15 delivery fee. All other delivery orders will be ready within 3-5 business days from the time your order is placed and there will be a $10 delivery fee. For delivery orders please contact us via e-mail/text 615-473-1492 with your name and order number. SHIPPING Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to process AFTER your payment is authorized and verified for us to prepare your order before shipping. We will provide tracking number via e-mail upon shipping. JB is not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or delayed by the postal service.
